Privacy Policy

Overview

GOx: Mission Passbook ("the App") is a family gamification tool. Your family data is stored exclusively in your own Google Drive. GOx does not store, sell, or share your personal or family data.

Data We Access

When you sign in with Google, we request the following permissions:

• Profile & Email — to identify your account and display your name.
• Google Drive (drive.file) — to create and access only the files this app creates in your Drive. We cannot access any pre-existing files.

Data Storage

All family data (missions, points, member records) is stored as JSON files in a folder named /GOx/MissionPassbook/ in your personal Google Drive. You own and control this data at all times.

GOx servers store only:

• A routing record linking your account to your Drive folder (no personal data).
• Short-lived session tokens (TTL: 5 minutes or less).

Children's Privacy

The Kid role in our app does not require account creation or any personal information beyond a display nickname chosen by the family. No data about children is transmitted to or stored on GOx servers.

Data Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from the app's Settings page. This will revoke our access token and remove all routing data from our servers. Your Google Drive folder and its contents will remain intact under your ownership.
